FlowHealth Solutions, Inc. ("FlowHealth," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered patient communication services to medical practices, including our AI receptionist, Emma. These Terms of Service apply to your use of flowhealth.ai (the "Site") and to text messages FlowHealth sends on behalf of the medical practices we serve.
2. SMS Terms
By verbally consenting during a call, or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FlowHealth Solutions Inc ("FlowHealth") sent on behalf of the medical practice you contacted. Messages may include secure links for uploading documents such as insurance cards and appointment-related information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help, or contact Emma@FlowHealth.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
